I needed a tool for managing PL/GMAPS project. Again, I turned my self to Google.
It has a service called Google Code. I decided to give it a try. I created a new project that can be visited at code.google.com/p/plgmaps.
Blogger, Code, Analytics, AdSense, Maps ... all of them are great tools! :) Give them a try!

Hi,
Great to see that the project is still going strong.
Do you need/want developers to join your project?
Johannes
Johannes,
Sorry for the late response. Recently, I didn't have much time for this project.
Yes, I am looking to expend the development team.
We can talk more about it using GMail or MSN chat.
Send me an email and we will talk about it.

Hi,
where can I download the code? I cannot find it anywhere?
Thanks,
~Dietmar.
Dietmar,
I didn't release the code yet. I plan to release it by the end of the month. I want to do more tutorials and make sure I have enough documentation to help everyone using this tool.
I'll contact you by email if I release a beta version this week.

Great, thanks.
~Dietmar.
Hi,
I'm also very interested in your package. Will you keep me informed?
thanks,
Learco Brizzi
Learco,
Nice to see your interest!
Recently, I didn't have time for this project.
I'll probably have more time in 2009. The new release date is in January.

Ok, thanks,
Learco
Hi,
Any progress?
Regards,
Learco
Learco,
The project is not dead... I am currently working on an Open Source PL/SQL project that will incorporate PL/GMAPS. It's going to be a lot more useful for everyone.
I'll post an article as soon as I'll have enough stuff to say or release. :)
Thanks for you interest,
L-G
Hi Louis,
I was wondering if we have PL/GMAPS package available for download somewhere?
The Google project site for this has no downloadable file.
thank you
Ligon
Sorry,
PL/GMAPS source code is obsolete and not up-to-date with the current Google Maps APIs.
